Samuel Zavala

Samuel Zavala is at the forefront of specialty coffee in Nicaragua. He is a young and innovative coffee producer that has separated himself from the pack by creating his own post-harvest processing protocols, which have elevated his award-winning coffees to be well recognized on an international level.

His farm El Cambalache is located in the zone of Dipilto in Nueva Segovia and produces some of the best quality coffees in the country, earning 2nd place at the Cup of Excellence in 2021.
