Responsibilities: Leads client-facing coffee strategy, including brew method consultation, quality assurance, and long-term relationship development. Oversees client onboarding, support, and training while maintaining La Finca’s high standards for coffee experience.

Vren is the connective tissue between great coffee and great relationships. With a deep understanding of brewing science, quality control, and client needs, they ensure each partner feels supported—from dialing in recipes to scaling coffee programs. Since stepping in to lead QC, Vren has also been keeping a close eye (and palate) on every lot that comes through, making sure quality always comes first.
